Emmett and Daddy sans Mommy: Day 1

by on November 24, 2008

We went to San Francisco with Kao-Foo, Bak-Foo, Goo-Goo, and Mah Mah to go to the new California Academy of Sciences!

we started off by going to Irving Street to pick up some Dim Sum to go. Here you see Daddy talking to mommy on the phone and Emmett pretending to do the same.

We found a stoop at the amphitheater in Golden Gate Park right in front of the Academy. Yum!

We had a lot of fun and we were glad that (most) of Emmett’s aunties and uncles came out to hang out with us today!

To commemorate the trip, Mah Mah bought us this book:

It’s pretty cool.  I could start an urban garden if I had an urban setting.

I’m glad that my little E-buddy has so much fun when Mommy has to be at work. But it does make me sad that I’m missing out on so much fun.
