Disneyland, take 2

by on September 28, 2008

Because Christina was on call Saturday, Emmett and I decided to try Disneyland again, hoping that there wouldn’t be another earthquake.

It was the first day for the Haloween decorations!

First, we watched the band that was playing at the front of the park:

Then we hopped on the Disneyland train to get over to ToonTown

Once at Toontown, Emmett played around in Goofy’s and Mickey’s house:

Then, we went over to the Finding Nemo Submarine ride.  The line was kind of long, but the ride was really fun and worth the wait:

After Nemo, we ate lunch at the Tomorrowland Terrace, and then we went over to Frontierland and got on the Mark Twain boat:

We walked around for a bit more, and Emmett fell asleep.  We found a quiet bench and stretched out:

After he woke up, we did a little shopping and tried on some hats:

We went home after that, because Daddy was getting tired.  We got home at around 3pm.  Note to self: taking Emmett to Disneyland is definitely at least a two person job.
