Snow Trip and Modeling for Mah-Mah

by on February 19, 2008

It’s been a long long weekend! But we’ve made it back from Arnold, CA, where Nate was speaking at the LGCC youth retreat. Arnold isn’t quite up to Tahoe, but it is high enough to where Emmett got to see snow!

We were only out there for a scant 15 minutes, but Emmett got his first taste of the good white stuff. Special thanks to the Odoms, who provided the snow suit that we think makes Emmett look like a little piece of poo.

When we got home, we got a frantic call from Emmett’s Mah Mah, who said that she needed a picture of Emmett wearing a particular sweater outdoors before the sun went down. So, after our requisite recovery naps, Emmett’s Goong Goong and Nate went outside with Emmett and the Bumbo to snap some high fashion photography.

(This was supposed to be a 6-12 month sweater, but look at our little jelly roll spilling out of it!)

Look for one of these pictures at the Fiber Fiend Booth at Stitches West this weekend!

Oh no! First the Candy Land convict onesie and now the Poo Poo Snowsuit? I think that qualifies us as hand-me-downers.
